We are currently seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our client's team on a full-time basis. All ideal candidates MUST have at least 2 YEARS of experience operating counterbalance forklifts and working in a manufacturing environment with narrow aisles.
Responsibilities
Operate forklifts counterbalance and walkie
Perform lifting as needed and moving of materials within the warehouse
Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders
Assist with warehouse distribution tasks as needed
Conduct order picking accurately and efficiently
Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor forklift issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills
Valid forklift operator certification.
Previous experience operating counterbalance (specific experience required for each role).
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
Positive communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
