BayCare Health System seeks a full time Advanced Practice Provider in St. Joseph's Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. You will collaborate with intensivists and cardiologists while caring for patients with cardiac conditions. This position includes 14-hour night shifts and requires a commitment to high-quality, family-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill pediatric patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team
• Ensure clinical excellence in a quick-paced workplace




• Maintain Medical Staff privileges as required
• Provide continuous monitoring for cardiovascular patients

Requirements:
• Masters in Nursing or Bachelors in Physician Assistant
• Advanced Practice RN License or PA License
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Preferred 3 years of critical care experience
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
