In this full time role, you will be responsible for preventative maintenance in various residential buildings owned by Skyline. Your primary focus will involve performing repairs in occupied units, cleaning common areas, and ensuring safety compliance. Working extensively with HVAC and electrical systems, this physically demanding position requires professionalism and effective task management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs in apartments
• Ensure common areas such as elevators and hallways are clean




• Complete maintenance logs accurately and on time
• Manage garbage and maintain storage spaces
• Utilize appropriate tools and safety equipment
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar maintenance role
• Relevant education or equivalent experience
• Valid driver’s license with valuable record
• Familiarity with computer applications including Word and Excel
• Capability to lift 50lbs and perform manual tasks
