In this pivotal role, you will report to the VP of Operations and oversee the entire Corporate Safety Program. With a minimum of 5 years of safety experience in construction, you will direct training efforts, manage safety staff, and facilitate compliance with health regulations. Your mission is to advocate for high safety standards and continuous program improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain safety management systems
• Oversee comprehensive safety training programs
• Monitor compliance with relevant safety legislation




• Manage safety-related audits and inspections
• Conduct investigations on workplace accidents

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in senior safety roles
• Certification as Canadian Registered Safety Qualified
• Experience with occupational health and safety legislation
• Solid leadership in safety management
• Understanding of ergonomic and WCB issues
