Amico is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to oversee our repair shop in Cambridge. You will coordinate and mentor a team of technicians while ensuring adherence to safety standards. The role emphasizes productive repairs and maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to health and safety practices
• Mentor apprentices and shop technicians effectively
• Maintain repair schedules and communicate with management
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and electrical issues
• Complete service work orders accurately and timely
Requirements:
• 5+ years' experience in heavy equipment repair
• Valid 310T license; 421A license preferred
• Solid organizational and leadership skills
• Effective communication with fleet operations
• Experience with diagnostic tools and various equipment
