In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive management for the campus, ensuring program accountability, operational excellence, and spiritual guidance. Key Responsibilities:
• Hire, train, and mentor campus staff
• Ensure quality program delivery and monitor outcomes
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies and standards




• Manage campus operations and budget stewardship
• Cultivate relationships with community partners and supports

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
• Leadership experience in residential care or related fields
• Current First Aid Certification needed
• Proven conflict-resolution and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain clearance
