Become a vital part of the Lillooet Tribal Council as a Home and Community Care Nurse, dedicated to serving Indigenous clients. This role is full time, with adaptable scheduling options available.

As a nurse with St’át’imc Outreach Health Services, your focus will be on establishing safe and trusting relationships with clients. You will provide direct nursing care, complete assessments, and support clients in understanding their wellness plans. Your guidance will empower clients and enhance their health literacy, especially when faced with barriers to care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build trusting relationships with clients and families
• Partner with community members and agencies
• Deliver direct nursing care for home support needs




• Complete health assessments and oversee treatment plans
• Support the development of wellness plans for clients

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent
• Positive standing registration with BCCNM
• Knowledge of accessing community resources
• Valid driver's license and pass a Criminal Record Check
