In this full time Project Lead position, you'll handle multiple CAPEX projects within industrial settings. Collaborating with various internal stakeholders and external contractors, you'll ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion. Your role emphasizes safeguarding technical integrity and HSEQ compliance while fostering continuous improvements in engineering standards and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple technical CAPEX projects simultaneously
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities
• Develop project scope, schedules,



and budgets
• Monitor project progress and compliance with safety standards
• Supervise contractor performance during project execution

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial settings
• Proven management of technical CAPEX projects
• Knowledge of HSEQ requirements and safety standards
• Willingness to travel within the Netherlands and Belgium
