Work with YMCA of Greater Toronto as a CSS Program Coordinator to improve the settlement experience for newcomers. This full time, hybrid role focuses on program delivery and stakeholder collaboration.
In this position, you'll facilitate effective communication and share crucial knowledge with partner organizations. You’ll ensure alignment with funding requirements while developing quality guidelines for program implementation across Canada. Your coordination and analytical skills will be vital for ongoing service improvement and the achievement of national targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with service agreements and objectives
• Monitor program standards and develop support policies
• Engage with community partners to strengthen outreach




• Analyze program performance and recommend improvements
• Coordinate training sessions for staff nationwide
Requirements:
• Degree in Social Services, Development Studies, or equivalent
• 5+ years’ experience in outreach and engagement roles
• Demonstrated experience with newcomers and case management
• Advanced computer skills including Word and PowerPoint
• Written and verbal French proficiency is preferred
