Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and supervise maintenance of building systems
• Oversee HVAC, electrical and plumbing services
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and compliance calendars




• Use computerized systems for asset and service management
• Lead system-renewal projects from inception to completion

Requirements:
• Certificate in a skilled trade or relevant field
• Minimum five years of experience in building systems
• Solid knowledge of HVAC and electrical principles
• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license
• Current WHMIS and First Aid/CPR certification
