Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct nutritional assessments for pediatric clients
• Develop personalized meal plans focusing on children's health
• Educate families about nutrition and healthy lifestyles




• Work alongside healthcare teams for integrated care solutions
• Monitor and evaluate dietary progress for young clients

Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
• Experience with tube feeds beneficial
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel for client visits within the community
• Bilingual abilities in English and French preferred
