Rock IAM Engineer OpenAM, Java & Ping Identity Location: Montreal, QC Work Model: Hybrid (3 days per week in office) Required Skills Identity and Access Management (IAM) Forge

Rock (OpenAM, OpenIDM, OpenDJ) Java / J2EE Development Key Responsibilities & Requirements 5+ years of IT experience with solid focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

Hands-on experience with Forge

Rock suite including OpenAM (Access Management), OpenIDM (Identity Management), and OpenDJ (LDAP Directory Services).

Exposure to Ping Identity and Web

Authn technologies is highly desirable.

Technical Skills Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Forge

Rock OpenAM (Access Management).

Proven experience in installation, configuration, and deployment of Forge

Rock components.

Strong understanding of Forge

Rock Identity Gateway (IG) setup, configuration, and customization.

Experience developing and customizing Groovy scripts within Forge

Rock solutions.

Ability to customize Identity Gateway (IG) integrations with Forge

Rock IDM/AM.

Development & Integration Experience with Forge

Rock UI customization, scripting, and development to retrieve assertions and attributes from multiple data sources.





Hands-on experience with OpenIDM for user provisioning and deprovisioning workflows.

Robust development skills in Java/J2EE for extending IAM capabilities and integrations.

Experience working with LDAP directories, especially OpenDJ.

Support Modernization Detailed Job Description: Design, develop, and maintain applications built on IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) to support core payments processing.

Contribute to the development of payment flows supporting transaction processing.

Build and support integrations between FTM and upstream/downstream systems using enterprise integration patterns.

Participate in the design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues in a complex, regulated environment.

Collaborate with architecture, QA, and operations teams to ensure platform stability, scalability, and performance.

Support modernization initiatives and enhancements to existing payment hub capabilities.

Produce transparent technical documentation and participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
