As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the design, execution, and operational readiness of the lithium extraction and refining processes within the Clearwater Central Processing Facility. Your expertise will drive the scope management, budget control, and team leadership across the entire project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
• Champion safety culture and compliance across all operations
• Lead FEED, engineering, procurement, and commissioning activities
• Define project scope, budget, and execution strategies




• Forecast budgets and monitor financial resources efficiently
• Establish KPIs for measuring project performance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Qualified Engineer registration required
• 15+ years in project management, preferably in oil & gas or chemical processing
• Proven track record of delivering projects over $100MM
• Experience with EPC contractors and complex procurement programs
• Familiarity with Alberta’s regulatory workplace
