Organizes and prioritizes and updates plan of care in collaboration with patient, family, and significant others
Identifies patients at risk for injury regarding diagnosis, medication, procedure, age, etc., and prepares room workplace.

Registered Nurse license
BLS
NRP
At least 2 years of RN NICU experience
Associates Degree in Nursing
Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
