MHM is looking for an experienced 310T Licensed Truck & Coach Technician to guide three technicians. In this role, you will perform essential maintenance routines while troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues, particularly in commercial trucks. Your leadership will ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support and lead a team of three technicians at night
• Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial trucks
• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical systems
• Keep accurate service documentation up to date
• Guide team members through technical challenges

Requirements:
• Valid 310T or 310J Journeyperson license
• Willingness to acquire a CVIP Inspection License
• Robust troubleshooting skills in after-treatment systems
• Previous supervisory experience highly valued
• Must possess own set of skilled tools
