The Maintenance Operations Lead will drive the maintenance team at MiTek Canada, managing all aspects related to electrical and mechanical systems and the upkeep of physical facilities. The position requires substantial experience in managing preventive maintenance programs and effectively planning and executing maintenance projects, all while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead preventive maintenance initiatives using CMMS
• Plan and implement facilities-related improvements




• Evaluate and audit ongoing maintenance tasks
• Manage procurement of parts and supplies

Requirements:
• 5+ years in maintenance management roles
• Relevant degree in Mechanical or Electrical fields
