As an integral member of the Faculty of Kinesiology and Physical Education, you’ll supervise student leaders and staff while overseeing diverse programming. Key aspects of this position include schedule management across multiple facilities, financial strategy, and implementing event management protocols to support a thriving sports setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create practice and competition schedules for club programs
• Advocate for students with relevant contacts and agencies
• Develop strategies to recruit and engage club members




• Manage travel arrangements according to club policies
• Hire, orient, and train over 80 casual staff and volunteers

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in sport management or equivalent
• Minimum four years of recreation or sport management experience
• Budget management and staff supervision expertise
• Event management and scheduling experience
• Robust communication and conflict resolution skills
