Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee franchise restaurant performance in your designated territory
• Review financial and operational data for improvement opportunities
• Partner with franchisees to create strategic action plans




• Conduct assessments of restaurant compliance and performance
• Collaborate with internal teams for holistic franchise support
Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Restaurant Management, or similar
• Minimum 5 years in foodservice or retail operations
• Deep understanding of multi-unit business performance
• Expertise in coaching and influencing restaurant operators
• Willingness to travel approximately 80% of the time
