FLINT is searching for a dynamic Environmental Division Manager to spearhead its growth in Decommissioning, Demolition & Abandonment services. The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of expertise in industrial and environmental asset retirement. You'll oversee complex projects, ensuring compliance and safety while mentoring multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead DDA service line for operational and financial performance
• Execute complex well, facility abandonment, and demolition programs
• Identify and pursue current business opportunities and proposals




• Build lasting relationships with clients, regulators, and stakeholders
• Mentor teams to uphold safety and continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• 15+ years in asset retirement and environmental services
• Proven background in contractor-driven project execution
• Strong budget, schedule, and resource management skills
