Job Summary As a key member of the Replenishment team, the Planning & Allocation Analyst plays a critical role in driving seasonal sales growth. This position is responsible for the strategic purchasing, allocation, and distribution of seasonal merchandise, ensuring optimal product availability across the store network. Through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration, the Analyst supports sales growth, and inventory optimization.
Key Accountabilities Execute inventory purchasing decisions at the SKU level to support sales objectives and inventory targets;
Develop and maintain purchasing, forecasting, and performance reports that provide actionable insights to the Buying team;
Manage the allocation and distribution of seasonal merchandise to stores using sales trends, seasonal demand patterns, and inventory strategies;
Partner closely with Distribution Centers and Warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate product flow to stores;
Analyze product performance, inventory levels, and sell-through trends to refine future allocation and replenishment strategies;




Identify opportunities to enhance in-stock positions and maximize sales potential across the store network; and
Support continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging analytics and business insights to optimize planning and allocation processes.
Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent;
A minimum of two (2) years experience in a related field;
Experience in product or retail setting is a strong asset;
Well organized and detail oriented;
Solid analytical thinking and problem solving skills;
Possess solid communication skills;
Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines;
Knowledge of MS Office is required with proven Excel ability; and
Knowledge of SAP, an asset.
