This is a casual/part-time position, typically scheduled for 1-3 eight hour shifts per week.You Are:Safe. We care about safety and you should too. You lead by example, ensuring everyone on your team works in a safe and cautious manner.Adaptable. You will be able to pause & shift tasks to assist other departments with priority requests.Organized. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized and orderly lot to ensure productive operations, including completing regular inventory scans and reporting.Team Oriented. As an integral part of our lot team, you will ensure an efficient flow of vehicles to support other departments' workloads.You will:Prepare vehicles to move through our remarketing system, including staging vehicles for reconditioning shops or transportation as well as moving, marking, flagging, and/or staging vehicles as instructed.Assist with preparing vehicles for auction or transport, ensuring vehicles are in working order (i.E. boosting, adding gas,



attending to lock outs, preparing for towing, and filling tires)Accurately record any services provided (fuel, tow, etc) to ensure accurate billingScan parked vehicles in the AuctionTrac system to maintain accurate inventory and record movement of vehicles on the lot.May assist drivers with ensuring that vehicles are road-worthy by checking tires, fuel, lights, signals & brakesOperate vehicles under various weather conditions and may be required to manually remove snow through various means (clearing vehicles of snow, light shoveling in the yard, etc)Must Haves:Valid Full Class 5 Driver's LicenseSafety consciousBasic computer & smartphone skills requiredBasic vehicle knowledgeComfortable working outside in all weather conditionsNice to Haves:Ability to drive a standard and automatic transmissionBasic mechanical aptitudeExperience using AuctionTracPrior experience with snow removal, including operating plow truck / bobcat is an assetSound like a match?
