About This Opportunity
The Project Manager, Engineering will manage Product Supply Systems Canada facilities and capital equipment (Machinery & Equipment) projects at the Brampton Plant.
Role Details
- Work Location: Brampton
- Shift/Hours: On-site 5 days/week
- Base Salary: $108,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually (variable based on market location, knowledge, complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity)
Responsibilities
- Manage multi-year capital projects including equipment replacement, modifications, and facility upgrades.
- Develop projects in collaboration with Plant and Engineering teams.
- Develop and validate scope, budget, timeline, and deliverables during planning phases.
- Provide expertise in equipment, machinery operation, water treatment operations, syrup production, and related processes to ensure operating efficiencies at production sites.
- Create equipment specifications and communicate them to manufacturers.
- Manage the supplier inclusion process for approved supplier list.
- Participate in bid reviews and vendor selection.
- Develop a multi-year capital plan for assigned manufacturing facilities in collaboration with engineering and plant teams.
Qualifications
- University degree in engineering or a related discipline preferred.
- PMP certification is an asset.
- Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience.
- Experience in carbonated beverage industry considered an asset.
- 5+ years of operations experience or maintenance preferred.
- Technical expertise in facilities, processes, and/or machinery utilized in the beverage industry.
