Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the HR team with transparent performance standards
• Build a high-performing HR function through continuous improvement

Requirements:
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience
• CHRP, CHRL, or equivalent HR designation preferred

• Proven success in leading HR professionals
