We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to uphold our commitment to best-in-class property management. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including plumbing, electrical repairs, and general maintenance of our multi-family properties. A proactive approach is essential to promptly address issues and maintain our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and maintain necessary tools and vehicle
• Execute scheduled and urgent maintenance requests
• Ensure timely resolution of resident service requests
• Engage in repairs and renovations of living units
• Perform minor plumbing and electrical installations

Requirements:
• Demonstrated plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Capable of lifting up to 50lbs
• Valid Ontario G driver’s license
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
