BayCare Health System is seeking a full time NICU RN to join its esteemed team at St. Joseph's Women's Hospital. In this role, you'll prioritize and update patient care plans in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams. You will identify risks for injury and create a secure workplace for our vulnerable patients while managing essential aspects of neonatal care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with care providers to develop plans of care
• Organize and update care plans with families and patients
• Identify and mitigate patient risk factors for safer care

Requirements:
• Valid Registered Nurse license
• BLS and NRP certifications
• Minimum 2 years of NICU RN experience
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
