As a valued member of the float pool, you will provide crucial support for patients with reliable, predictable outcomes. Your role includes assessments, care provision, and health promotion while adhering to the College of Nurses' guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care
• Conduct physical assessments and utilization of aseptic techniques
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and urinary catheterization




• Promote health and manage care plans for patients
• Ensure compliance with safety and health policies

Requirements:
• RPN Certificate of Competence from the Ontario College of Nurses
• Full-scope practice capability
