You are required to rotate through specialty nursing units while completing post-graduate courses for specialization. You’ll develop care plans in collaboration with patients and the interprofessional care team, ensuring a personalized approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments using wide-ranging sources

• Coordinate nursing care and delegate tasks effectively

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN registration with BCCNM
• Completion or willingness for post-graduate specialties
• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Strong communication and assessment abilities
