As a Care Manager specializing in caregiving, you will help seniors with daily activities and promote their independence in a respectful manner. This role includes following Individualized Service Plans, assisting with personal care, and maintaining a clean living workplace. Additionally, engaging residents—and those in memory care—through enriching activities contributes to their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist seniors with personal hygiene and mobility
• Document changes and follow Individualized Service Plans
• Ensure safety and dignity in daily activities




• Engage residents through conversation and activities
• Maintain a clean, welcoming workplace for dining services
Requirements:
• Must have a High School Diploma/GED
• Age 18+ required for this position
• CPR/First Aid certification or willing to obtain
• Excellent communication skills and reliability
• Compassionate nature dedicated to improving quality of life
