Take on a pivotal role as a Facility Operations Expert focusing on critical environments in two office towers in Downtown Toronto. You'll ensure operational reliability and efficiency across important mechanical and electrical systems.
In this full time opportunity, you will be responsible for the maintenance and strategic oversight of WAN, LAN, and AV rooms, along with various mechanical systems. Your strong troubleshooting skills will be crucial for diagnosing and resolving issues while adhering to safety protocols and client requirements. Coordination with vendors and proper documentation are also key parts of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform troubleshooting for various facility equipment
• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance regularly
• Monitor and inspect key critical environment spaces
• Utilize a CMMS for work order management
• Ensure effective communication with clients and teams
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in critical facility operations
• Certification in Building Operations / Facility Engineering preferred
• Familiarity with electrical distribution and automation systems
• Robust focus on safety and compliance with protocols
• Capability to respond to emergencies and on-call requests
