You will leverage your extensive People Business Partner experience, partnering with leaders across Finance and Product to drive a coherent People strategy and advise on critical organizational decisions. Your role will involve workforce planning, executive coaching, and navigating complex employee relations challenges.

integrated People strategy • Lead complex employee relations investigations when needed • Mentor Senior and mid-level PBPs for skill consistency • Utilize people data analytics to support strategic initiatives
Requirements: • 10+ years in HR/People Business Partner experience • Proven track record advising senior executives in SaaS • Expertise in organizational design and talent strategy • Knowledge of employment laws across various jurisdictions • Solid communication skills and influence in high-stakes situations
