As the Team Lead, you will drive maintenance strategies for all rotating equipment while overseeing Millwrights and contractors. This role requires technical expertise in areas such as pumps, compressors, and gearboxes to ensure protected and cost-effective operations. Your leadership will enhance team competency and compliance with Keyera’s values, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as technical expert for Millwright trade specialties
• Oversee maintenance planning and scheduling processes




• Monitor PM and PDM programs for proactive maintenance
• Lead Millwright teams and performance management efforts
• Conduct site evaluations for safety and quality compliance

Requirements:
• Journeyperson Millwright certification or equivalent
• 10 years of industrial maintenance experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred
• Robust knowledge of CMMS, especially Maximo
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
