Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and develop team members and leaders
• Approve and align team goals with objectives
• Oversee execution of operational and tactical priorities




• Resolve complex issues impacting departments and members
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the division

Requirements:
• 10 years of retail Agro leadership experience
• Knowledge of agronomy, crop protection, and fertilizers
• Familiarity with financial reports and corrective actions
• Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety practices
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and travel willingness
