Key Responsibilities:
• Perform aircraft painting on composite and metal substrates
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, stripping, and sanding
• Document and report aircraft irregularities accurately




• Sign off on completed tasks ensuring proper paperwork
• Provide coaching to junior technicians in the shop

Requirements:
• Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in Automotive or Industry Painting preferred
• Experience in aviation painting highly desirable
• Robust communication skills in English
• Ability to work well in a team workplace
