About the Team (TD Securities Global Infrastructure): Supports TD Securities and Treasury & Balance Sheet Management; Provides engineered infrastructure solutions and specialized support; Collaborates with multiple internal teams (Architecture, Security Ops, Audit, etc.)

Core Responsibilities
Database Engineering & Support:
Install, configure, and maintain NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Oracle)
Optimize performance and ensure high availability
Design schemas and collaborate with dev teams
Backup, restore, and test data regularly




Stay current with database trends and best practices
Operational Duties:
Workplace management, monitoring, incident handling
Provide 3rd-level on-call support (rotational)
After-hours support for projects and scheduled changes
Project & Governance Work:
Implement infrastructure solutions with design leads
Ensure compliance with governance standards (patching, access, monitoring)
Service Requests:
Rapid support and consultation for application teams
