You will play a pivotal role in leading SPI’s mission of workplace safety while managing operations across British Columbia and Alberta. Your responsibilities include developing strategies, enhancing team engagement, and ensuring the financial health of our operations. You’ll also focus on fostering key relationships to drive the business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set and implement the overall operational strategy
• Supervise daily operations to ensure quality delivery
• Drive sales initiatives to exceed growth targets




• Lead team recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
• Cultivate strategic partnerships and client engagement

Requirements:
• At least 10 years’ experience in industrial sales
• 5+ years in a leadership or managerial position
• Deep understanding of OHS industry practices
• Robust computer skills, familiar with CRM
• Flexibility to travel as required
