We’re looking for a qualified Early Childhood Educator who is committed to fostering an inclusive setting while working with preschool-aged children with various abilities. Your role will involve implementing engaging educational programs and assessing individual and group needs alongside the Manager. You’ll receive ongoing training and career development to enhance your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver engaging curriculum for preschoolers
• Facilitate interactions for children with special needs




• Work with the Manager to ensure that developmental goals are met
• Maintain a protected and supportive learning space
• Conduct functional assessments and behavior management
Requirements:
• Completion of BC ECE Certification required
• At least three years of experience with preschoolers
• Medical and criminal record clearance
• First Aid/CPR certification valid
• Proficiency in English communication skills
