In this role, the HR Generalist will provide expert HR guidance and services to managers and employees across various functions. You’ll engage in recruitment, benefits management, employee relations, and performance assessments within a team-oriented, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR solutions for recruitment and employee relations

• Maintain effective union relationships and compliance

• Generate HR analytics and reports for decision-making

Requirements:
• 3+ years in progressive HR roles, 1+ in manufacturing
• CHRP designation is required
• Experience in unionized settings
• Robust organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with WSIB claims management
