Reporting directly to the Group President, your focus will be on strategic planning, performance assessment, and improving business processes. You’ll work alongside senior leaders to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that assist in driving the company's success. Your analytical mindset and communication skills will facilitate explicit reporting and executive presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute business strategy documentation
• Monitor transformation initiatives across business units




• Analyze market opportunities and competitive landscapes
• Prepare quarterly and annual management reporting packages
• Track strategic initiatives and provide updates to leadership

Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering; MBA is an asset
• 5+ years in strategy or business analysis
• Proven ability to simplify complex challenges
• Experience with cross-functional teams
• Solid proficiency in analytics software
