In this position within the Customer Success team, you will have a vital role, driving measurable outcomes for recent and existing customers. Your responsibilities encompass managing implementations, providing best practices, and fostering relationships. You will utilize AI tools to enhance your efficiency across customer projects, ensuring timely and successful onboarding experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead onboarding processes from kickoff to go-live
• Provide strategic advice and best practice guidance
• Develop expert knowledge of Knak and integration partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive implementation success
• Track and report on implementation KPIs for improvement
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in Customer Success or Implementations
• Proven project management experience with client-facing projects
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience leading group training and workshops
• Familiarity with Marketing Automation tools is a plus
