As part of the Children’s Health Program, the Clinical Leader Development position focuses on enhancing competency within interdisciplinary teams. You will actively engage in coaching and mentorship, provide clinical support, and ensure fair allocation of learning resources. This role is pivotal in fostering a team-oriented setting, supporting evidence-based practices, and integrating research into patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement educational initiatives for staff development
• Provide orientation and ongoing support to current team members
• Act as a clinical resource for patient care and policy development
• Support recruiting for educational programs and initiatives
• Foster communication across healthcare teams and identify care trends
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
• Five years of Pediatric Nursing experience
• Two years of Pediatric Ambulatory Care experience
• Leadership experience as a Clinical Leader Development preferred
• Current BLS certification required
