Your role will play a crucial part in helping IAMGOLD achieve its mission of creative and accountable mining. Lead a team and oversee strategic sourcing and contract management efforts that support the operational excellence of the Côté Gold Mine. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to drive improvements in supply chain performance and to provide sustainable procurement solutions tailored for the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute category strategies for maintenance and skilled services
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and contract award events




• Analyze markets to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Negotiate favorable contracts with suppliers
• Enhance supplier performance through continuous improvement

Requirements:
• 5 to 8 years of sourcing or procurement experience
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Preferred designations: SCMP, CIPS, CPP
• Background in mining or similar industries is beneficial
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience
