Reporting to the Manager of the Virtual Advisory Team, you’ll engage with clients across Canada, identifying their financial goals and leveraging digital channels to meet them. You'll use your expertise in investment products to guide clients through MD offerings while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role emphasizes proactive relationship building and documenting client interactions in our CRM tool.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build trusted relationships with MD clients through active listening
• Promote MD products,



including to disengaged clients
• Document client interactions and identify business prospects
• Lead the collection of KYC information for clients
• Ensure compliance with operational risk and conduct standards

Requirements:
• University degree in business or commerce
• Registration with CIRO as a representative
• Life License (LLQP) or willingness to obtain
• Knowledge of investment products
