As an Underwriting Technician, you will report directly to the Team Lead, Operations, and play a critical role in supporting a team responsible for policy administration and premium data entry. Your robust organizational, analytical, and communication skills will be essential. Candidates with over five years of relevant experience in commercial or specialty lines will be preferred, as well as those proficient in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support Operations Associates with submissions and data entry
• Assist in scheduling and delegating tasks




• Ensure accuracy and timely input of data
• Monitor team's efficiency and reporting
• Lead smaller projects focused on process improvements

Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years in underwriting or related assistance
• Understanding of policy wording and underwriting methods
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• Solid time management and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent English communication abilities
