As an independent licensed skilled, you will play a key role in supporting individuals through short-term mental health consultations. You will help clients identify their challenges and work towards personal goals while cultivating a judgment-free space for discussions. This position enhances your existing practice by offering referrals from the EAP network based on local demand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive referrals from the EAP network based on demand
• Conduct short-term consultations focused on client goals
• Assist clients in recognizing and overcoming challenges




• Encourage open discussions within a supportive environment
• Support clients in accessing additional resources if needed
Requirements:
• University degree in counseling or related field
• Valid professional license and insurance required
• Office access for providing in-person sessions
• Interest or experience in short-term counseling preferred
• Knowledge of community resources is beneficial
