Lead MEP activities in office with Ferrovial Construction Canada Inc. in Toronto. Ensure project goals are met through effective supervision and coordination of MEP works while maintaining safety and quality standards.

As the MEP Site Superintendent, you will oversee all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities for the Ontario Line Southern Civil project. This senior role requires a minimum of five years' experience in MEP site supervision on large-scale construction projects. You will monitor progress, coordinate with various trades, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and local codes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise MEP subcontractors and site teams
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings and schedules




• Monitor progress and prepare detailed reports
• Conduct site inspections for quality assurance
• Liaise with engineers and clients on technical matters

Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of MEP site supervision experience
• Solid knowledge of construction methods
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in project management tools
