This role reports to the Head of Partner Relations, Learning & Strategic Program Delivery, emphasizing performance management and skill enhancement. You will work collaboratively across departments to ensure that Partner and Employee needs are met while elevating customer satisfaction. This position is crucial for creating a culture of respect and establishing United as the preferred choice among Partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Increase brand awareness within the Partner community
• Onboard recent Partners/Employees effectively
• Manage ongoing performance and skill development




• Implement strategic initiatives and recognition programs
• Facilitate regional Partner meetings and collaboration

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years' janitorial industry experience
• Post-secondary degree in business administration
• Solid communication and conflict management skills
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region
• Advanced technology competency including Salesforce
