As a key part of CDI College’s career services, you will coordinate efforts to help students transition into the workforce. Your responsibilities will include developing employer relationships, collaborating with instructors, and actively engaging students in job search processes. Achieving targeted employment rates will be key in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build partnerships with community organizations for practicums
• Work with instructors to assess student placements
• Provide career coaching for current and graduated students




• Conduct assessments and job readiness workshops
• Maintain accurate employment placement records
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field preferred
• At least three years in employment counseling or recruitment
• Proven capacity to achieve targets in a rapid-paced setting
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
