This position allows for hybrid patient care—consulting in person or virtually, fostering adaptability in your practice. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered medical care
• Achieve a minimum roster of 650 patients
• Collaborate within a supportive healthcare team




• Participate in after-hours patient coverage
• Maximize use of the MyCare app for care coordination

Requirements:
• Must hold an Independent Practice Certificate from CPSO
• Obtain medical liability insurance (CMPA or equivalent)
