This role requires a Certificate or Diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology. With a minimum of 2 years' experience in electronics manufacturing or repair, you will analyze and repair defective PCBAs, contributing to initiatives for continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with Operations and Engineering teams to drive quality standards at all stages of production.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess PCBA product quality based on IPC standards
• Troubleshoot, repair, and provide feedback on defective PCBAs
• Track failure modes and suggest improvements




• Collaborate with engineering teams for process enhancements
• Interpret work instructions and assembly schematics

Requirements:
• Certificate or Diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in electronics manufacturing
• Excellent soldering and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of IPC standards and SMT package sizes
• Robust communication skills in English
