Inkeros is growing, and we’re looking for driven, ambitious individuals to join our team as Outbound Sales Specialists in Burnaby.

In this role, you’ll represent AT&T; Business Services , connecting with U.S.-based business clients through inside B2B sales. You’ll start with warm leads and quickly develop the skills to succeed in outbound prospecting—supported by ongoing training and a high-energy team environment.

What you’ll do:

Connect with business clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions

Present AT&T; products with confidence, clearly explaining value and advantages

Manage warm leads while building skills in outbound cold outreach

Build robust client relationships and handle inquiries professionally

Accurately process sales and maintain customer records

Participate in daily coaching and ongoing development sessions

What you’ll get:





Uncapped commissions with a guaranteed hourly base (whichever is higher - OTE $60k-120k+)

What we’re looking for:

1–2 years of sales experience preferred (not required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident

Comfortable working independently and in a team environment

Basic computer skills and willingness to learn
